How does this differ from a generic wellness vendor? +
Every session is delivered by a Masters-qualified, AMTA-registered Music Therapist. The clinical hold is real, which means the wellbeing claim is real. You are not outsourcing mental health; you are adding a regulated nervous-system practice to the week.
Is this a replacement for EAP or clinical mental health support? +
No, and we are explicit about that. These programs sit upstream of clinical intervention. They reduce the load that would otherwise hit EAP. Real clinical escalation pathways are named in the preparation document for every engagement.
What do you need from us to deliver a session? +
A room where people can lie down (mats and bolsters can be supplied), reasonable acoustic isolation, and a named internal contact for the day-of. A simple rider and setup brief is sent on contract execution.
Can we run this for a remote team? +
The reset format is designed to be in-room - the somatic experience matters. For distributed teams, we offer a hybrid format where the Melbourne cohort is in-room while remote participants join a live audio-only session, with instructions for home set-up sent in advance.
Do you supply insurance and compliance documents? +
Yes. Professional indemnity insurance, public liability, Working With Children Check, AMTA registration and NDIS provider registration documents are all available on request for procurement or HR compliance.
How soon can you deliver? +
Typical lead time from first enquiry to delivery is 2 to 4 weeks for a one-off, or 4 to 6 weeks for a quarterly program scope. Urgent bookings for emergency team resets can usually be accommodated within 7 days.
